$20 MSRP = 1 Gem Rewards

Gems sold during Gem Events The Dery Team is present at (or specific gems left on memo for clients who attended the event):

1 Checkbook (client/couple) attends and purchases = 50 Gem Rewards

Example of gem sold outside of Gem Event based on Roger Dery MSRP:

1.     Sales Associate sells $16,500 retail.

2.     $16,500 /¸ 20 = 825 Gem Rewards

3.     Sales Associate accrues 825 Gem Rewards and can select a gem from the Roger Dery Collection at double wholesale cost / keystone or less, wait to accrue more Gem Rewards, or pay for the remainder of the gem in cash.

The Fine Print:

·      Points rollover after end of year.

·      Sales Associates must submit a Gem Rewards Sale Form (located online in the Retailer Login) for the sale to qualify for the Gem Rewards.

·      Forms must be submitted within 90 days of each sale.

·      The sale of a gem may be split between two Sales Associates for the purpose of the Gem Rewards Program. Splitting sales between more than two Sales Associates is not allowed.

·      Sales Associates may purchase a gem with a higher value (at double wholesale / keystone) than their accrued Gem Rewards by paying the remainder of the value (at double wholesale / keystone).

·      Gems paid for using Gem Rewards are not eligible for Roger Dery’s 10% off store employee discount.
